What is the Electrolyzed Water Generating Device?
The electrolyzed water generating device counteracts positive and negative charges in an electrolytic cell and allows the direct current power supply of the electrode thus generating electrolyzed water. When there is a septum between the cathode and anode, or without, and whether or not there is the presence of electrolytes such as salt or not determines what kind of electrolyzed water generating device it is. Electrolyzed Water Generating Principle
In water there is a combination of many different elements such as Ca, Mg, Na, K, Cl, S, and P. If you ionize this water alkaline ions (minerals such as Ca, Mg, K, and Na) will attract to the (-)pole and acidic ions (Cl, S, and P) will attract to the (+)pole. Also in the ionization process all the minerals will be in the colloidal state and the water molecule clusters will be broken down in size (cluster/about 60-70HZ) which will absorb more readily into the cells of the body facilitating better absorption of minerals as well. Water always disassembles weakly to hydrogen and hydroxide ions. When water is electrolyzed the hydrogen ion receives an electron from the cathode and becomes an activate hydrogen. As this metal colloid (mineral) adheres to the active hydrogen the active hydrogen becomes stabilized and combines with active oxygen in the body forming water and thus removing the active oxygen from the body.

The pH scale ranges from 1-14 with a pH level of 7 being neutral. If it is lower than that it is considered acidic, and if it higher then it is considered to be alkaline. Usually bacteria proliferates in the pH range between 5.0-9.0 and mold occurs at a pH range between 4.0-7.0. This patented electrolyzed water generating device can control the type of water produced: acidic under pH 3 or alkaline over pH 13. It measures the Oxidation Reduction Potential as an indicator.
The units of measurement are in mV and if it is (+)positive then it will oxidize the other and reduce itself. The Oxidation Reduction Potential that microorganisms can proliferate is between -400mV ~ +800mV. Electrolyzed water has an Oxidation Reduction Potential above +1,100mV where it is difficult for microorganisms to survive. However, electrolyzed water is unstable.
